Dehydrate 145F about 10 hours. They will be sticking here and there to trays. Gently peel away from tray and flip when over half way done.

I like to have a few of these on hands. If ever I’m out of onions, I’ll always have some. I cut them up in various ways, cubed, sliced thin and big. Dehydrate on trays at 135F about 10-12 hours. Timings always vary as per size of onion or dehydrator being used.

These are our favorite flavor of pumpkin seeds. I make a few different flavors.
cleaned, dried, pumpkin seeds
Italian spice
Olive oil
Parmesan
Mix all together. You don’t need much oil like a TSP. But then it all depends on how much seeds your using.

Pepper Powder

Pepper Powder » RecipeCollage.com » May 30, 2025
This is one of the things I love to do. Is make homemade powder/spices. Cant get any fresher then that! This is one of my favorite ones. I add this to a lot of stuff and you don’t need to use much!
We bought a case of peppers for 1$ ya I know 1$ for 25lbs. We bought 4 boxes lol. I canned up a lot of pickled peppers! There was no way I was throwing away all the tops, insides, scraps. They went on dehydrating sheets and into the Dehydrating they go. They smaller your pieces, the less you have the less time it will take. These were thicker and a lot of trays. I dehydrated at 135F about 14hours.

Once dried and cooled. I take a coffee/spice grinder and grind down to a powder. I store in mason jar. I combine a few of my powders to make different spices. Excellent pepper flavour
